I Do Love A Good (and by Good I mean Gothy) Tiara
As Marilyn Monroe said after laying her eyes and hands upon her first tiara in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, "Oh, I just love finding new places to wear diamonds!"
Or it can be rhinestones, for those of us on a budget.
I like a good tiara, but I really love a gothy one. They’re weirdly hard to come by, so I decided I’d have to upgrade existing ones.

I start with something like the one above, and from there it’s a flurry of paint and glue and rhinestones and focal pieces.
And voila! Something suitable for a witchy wedding or goth quinceneara.



I even tried my hand at a full-on Vegas showgirl headdress. I have a ways to go in terms of getting the structure right, but I think this was a solid first attempt:
